Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please be mindful of aftershave/perfume, pet hair, cigarette smoke etc as these will lead to your refund being rejected.
Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product please return your order with a completed returns slip and we'll get it turned around for you as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately we can't offer free returns like some of the big brands so you will be responsible for returning the item to us. We will ship your new item out to you for free. We use DPD's Next Day delivery service so you'll have your new products in no time at all.
After successful inspection all returns are refunded to the original payment method and exchanges are posted out once we've received payment for return shipping. All items must be in an unworn condition.
Please take care when trying on the clothes, be mindful of aftershave/perfume, pet hair and cigarette smoke as these can stay with the clothes and result in your return being rejected.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Generally refunds are credited within 3-5 working days of being actioned.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 5 working days please contact your card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially displayed. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@apostletactical.com.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Apostle Tactical, PO Box 1547, NORTHAMPTON, NN2 1FW.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we have made a mistake, then we will refund you the cost of shipping. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit to us.
